Wonderful establishment. I love the view around the place. The store was clean. The staff was sweet. The prices are high but they have to survive. I'll be back if I'm in the area again.

Not sure why they changed there name but seems the same. Expect to wait during busy times and the subway in store always takes 20 minutes or so. Be patient if you plan to stop for subway sandwiches.

Haven't been inside yet, pilot sign gone off the large highway sign, still shows on internet search as a pilot. I'll upgrade my review to satisfactory. The inside is better than expected judging by the outside. Still typical for pilot these days compared to Loves. Just by the appearance from the parking lot it looks like a lot of other smaller privatized ethnic managed/run truckstops. Shop all closed up even though the parking lot is a fair size, I doubt this location will ever be as busy/full as it probably once was due to the condition of the place, and lack of amenities, meaning repair shop, truck wash etc. Sad but typical.
