I placed an order on line and waited over an hour for it to arrive. When I called to check on it, the young man I spoke with seemed not at all concerned about the delay and hung up on me when I expressed my discontent to him and when I told him i would no longer order from them he hung up. He not once offered apologies. I spent over $44 on an order that will be cold and inedible. We are now at 1 1/2 hours without arrival.

Ordered a cheeseburger pizza. Took off onion and tomatoes. Somehow they went above and beyond and threw jalapeños and mushrooms on my pizza. That I didn't ask for. Absolutely ruined

Horrible experience!!! We placed/paid for an order for delivery that never showed. After 2 hours of waiting, we finally called to inquire about our order and was told that they accidently listed the order as a carryout. They explained that our order was cold and would have to be remade, and have to wait another hour. When I expressed concern, they hung up on me. After calling back severals time and being hung up on each time by Dillon, I was finally able to get them to refund my order. Horrible management and staff. Absolutely disgusting store!

If it's delivery most definitely not unless you order nearly that amount. Carryout they tend to send you across the street to the gas station to break it.
If you call the driver, 4 the right tip they will pick things up for you.
Maybe give them a call.... not sure on this one
They usually replace it instantly but you should call and let them know as soon as you notice, don't wait until days later or its harder for them to pinpoint what caused the mistake

We do deliver to the Ivy Pointe housing area. It may not allow delivery through the app or online but all you have to do is call the store and talk to a human. We have delivered to Ivy Pointe ever since it was constructed. As far as management is concerned I have been through at least seven store managers in the last 22 years. Fast food sees constant change...a few of us strive to keep things as consistently fantastic as possible!
