The owner Juan is nice and cool but unfortunately he has no idea what he is doing as well his son Jose! Just being honest over here! Go somewhere else trust me don't waste your time! I had my music system installed in my simple daily driver car at this place and i have paid $2000 for it and the job was super poor to the point that i cant even give 1 star to this place and because of them i had to go to other way better location to get all fixed because everything they did was completely wrong. Do not let them work on your stereo because they will mess all up as well they use very cheap products! For example they have used very bad quality amp for my system as well they used very cheap wiring kit probably from Walmart or something for $5 as well they did not screw my back speakers and they were all shaking and making noises and as i can see there is few other customers left same exact review about speakers not be screwed. Also on top of that they did not use 0 gauge cable for it but used 4 gauge for my system which again thats not how the system need to be installed and when it comes to stereo it should always be 0 gauge which they did not do! Overall i can keep going and i have nothing good to say about them absolutely. I had to take to other place and get all removed and replaced because of them and i wasted so much time and as well i basically lost my money because of them! The worst business i have ever seen in my life!

Juan, the owner, is the man! He knows exactly what he's doing. He's very professional, courteous, patient, and very down-to-earth. He will take the time to answer any questions or issues you might have and will show you how to use the gadgets/equipment he just installed in your car. He has an assistant guy who also helps him run his shop. That assistant hasn't work on my car yet, but he does know what he's doing and is also very cool. Juan's price on car equipment and his service is very fair and reasonable, considering his expertise, and extensive labor and time needed to professionally install audio/security equipment into your car, which will save you a lot of DIY trial-and-error headache, but will give you that much needed peace of mind and. In short, if you want the best and expect the best, head on over to JJ Car Audio & Security! His shop opens 10am, Mon to Sat, on a first-come, first-serve basis. That gave me the first good impression for this shop. I’m very happy to found this shop because the owner and his worker solved my car’s radio system issue by their professional skills and excellent customer’s service, even after done the installation he would showed me how to operate it manually.
