Subs were good , but the employee that helped us was rude and not friendly at all , I know people have bad days but if you work in food service business you need to at least fake it

First time I eat at this subway the meatballs were dark and funny. Second time the bread was raw and chewy. Third time today the vegetables tasted like they were not washed. Maybe they are freezing stuff.

The Hood

Everytime I think they cant make things worse they go above and beyond to prove me wrong. Once they told me they ran out of bread (before the tornado) Another time they said they didn't have the chicken teriyaki only to find out the boss said they should have made some up it doesn't take long. And today I went to get 3 subs with the intention of getting all the meat and veggies on the side in a salad bowl so they dont get soggy in my fridge. They refused to do that saying they'd have to charge me for salads. Even if I brought my own bowls or got them from somewhere else. To top it off they dont adhere to 90% of the subway deals. If you're like me and live in silver point save the trouble and drive to cookeville dont waste time money or brain cells dealing with the incompetent lazy workers at the loves subway.

Things were fine until I was checking out and asked for three cookies. The girl automatically grabbed the prepackaged three pack without asking if that's what I wanted. When I asked for the fresh baked ones out of the case she got a major attitude, but gave me what I asked for. Or so I thought. Just looked at the cookies and one of them was not a whole cookie. A chunk was missing out of it. I usually have very good experiences at subway, but this time not so much.
