*update sept 2022 We just moved out of Soho Lofts after a year here and we really enjoyed our experience. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, they really make the building what it is. The concierge is amazing and the apartment itself was really beautiful. A few cons: the elevators take FOREVER, I saw that in reviews before I moved in and it really is true. The washer/dryers are compact and ventless, so they aren’t the best to use. We also started getting these little bugs coming in through the windows and despite having an exterminator come multiple times they never really went away. And be prepared for a lot of dogs (I think majority of apartments have one) so outside will smell like urine. Overall though, I really enjoyed living in the building. The apartment was a perfect size, we loved our view, and the staff was great. ———— My boyfriend and I worked with Patricia when looking at Soho Lofts - she was so amazing! It's a weird time, and she was super flexible, answered all of my questions, was really helpful about the offers, and even took the time to do a zoom tour for us. Everyone here has been so kind and helpful, it's made our transition to the building easy and painless. The apartment itself is so clean, nice, and beautiful - everyone who comes by is super impressed.

Have lived here for 2+ years and just signed another lease - that is how great this place is!! The amenities are so well kept, concierge Is super friendly, and everyone in the leasing office is always so helpful. Would recommend :Soho Lofts to everyone and anyone!
