I've been to this location on quite a few occasions and I have noted a decrease in quality these past two visits. My second to last visit I ordered a sausage crunchwrap combo. The crunchwrap was lukewarm and very obviously cold in a few spots. This most recent trip I ordered a quesadilla along with a chalupa combo. Can't speak for the quesadilla as I did not eat it, but the chalupas? The entire point of the chalupa is soft and flaky goodness. These were neither. They were exceedingly chewy and extremely hard which is a somewhat impressive feat. Sadly it was also overwhelmingly disappointing. Usually, I don't complain too much about Taco Bell. But considering that combo prices have gone up to meet if not exceed most other fast food places (and some sit down places) I now hold Taco Bell to the same standard. I would not accept this food from other places charging the same or even less so I will not accept it from Taco Bell. This location needs to revisit quality assurance with their products as something has changed, for the worse, and it is very noticeable.

Normally I do not have an issue at this taco bell out of all the taco Bell's in my town. But this evening at 8:00 to 8:10 pm we come in after my daughter's 8th grade formal for dinner. Ordering wasn't an issue, food wasn't an issue. The issue was the girl (wears glasses and on the heavy side) stood by the bathrooms with someone else who was blocked from view and she stared at us while we ate and giggled with the other person with her and I know she was staring because I locked eyes with her on more than one occasion but she just kept staring. So I got a bag packed out dinner up and left. This is absolutely ridiculous especially since taco bell wants to hire children.

Met a couple of friends there. No problems other than the sweet lady at the cashier was having problems due to being new. She came out and checked to make sure our orders were ok. Later to see how we were doing. I didn't realize till we left that we had been there 3 hours! Time flies when everything is pleasant. The place, the food, the company.
