Management working 2nd shift is un professional. Order a combe #9 refused wheat bread said I I had to get the bread that came with the combo. Then switched my mind to a protein bowl instead. Got to the cashier and usually when I get a protein bowl I get a extra bowl to mix it properly without making a mess. The cashier went to grab the extra bowl and the Manager said that I'd have to pay full protein bowl price for the empty bowl I've never heard of that before. She went out of her way to be rude. Doesn't need to be a manager with that kinda poor social skills

Alright, so this is probably on me because I made the mistake of ordering delivery but the sandwich I got was definitely not the one I ordered. Everything that came with was right on the mark but I got someone else's sandwich. I hope the person who got mine likes a bunch of olives.

My food was made fresh it was amazing taste good all that subway stuff but the employee working had the best sense of humor and customer service skills I’ve ever seen. I’ve been in the food industry for 20+ years and if he ever applied at my store I would hire him immediately. Good job subway for hiring the good ones

I ordered a sandwich on the app and I arrived one minute before the pick up time and they were closed. Guy in the window told me there was nothing he could do about it? How about refund me for my sandwich THAT I NEVER RECEIVED BECAUSE YOU LOCKED THE DOOR BEFORE MY PICKUP TIME AND NEVER MADE THE SANDWICH?!
