I've come here to write a review about a very arrogant and outright rude guy working at this location (I hardly ever write reviews). After reading multiple bad reviews I concluded that this is the manager Miguel who is also the notary. I think this because I saw him behave in a condescending manner with a woman who requested him to notarize something. She handled him well despite him acting like she was dumb. He was rude to me when I asked where the shipping supplies and tape were, a simple question and he said it's right over there in a rude tone like I was wasting his time. I've noticed many other instances of his interactions with customers who are just trying to figure out how to ship a package because most people are unfamiliar with this. It seems like he deliberately get's a kick out of being condescending to women and older people. Then he sarcastically says have a nice day! The other store associate was uncomfortable. Hey store owner, why don't you pay attention to these reviews? Bad customer service. Rude. Seems like an easy and necessary replacement is in order. I'm going to try the 41st location where I expect to be treated in a simply decent manner.

I always come to this UPS, if I am in the area. They have always been very friendly and have even gone out of their way to enable my young child help with the packages, which she loves.

One should realize, Miguel is a multitasker when you come in lots of times he'll have two or three people in line and ask all of them "what can I help you with ?. E.g. "set your package on the middle counter"and they (that person) thinks that he is working on them! And he is seemingly scattered but he is actually quite methodical. Even if there's three or four people waiting I've never been in there for more than 5 minutes that's pretty good I also very seldom leave reviews but I have always been happy going to this store no matter who is there they've always had a good attitude and there always has been a parking place right out in front!

Manager Miguel always is always there with a big smile and ready to help even though I'm always in a hurry he knows everyone's expectations! I only like going here because the workers and manager knows everyone and what to help you with! Keep up with the good work ethic and smiles at this store even with this pandemic! :)
