Be careful applying to this building as they may take your security deposit. I applied for an apartment at 333 Fremont which required a 750 dollar deposit to hold the unit on May 18th. I was informed if I was approved I would have 48 hours to either get my deposit back or accept the lease. I waited weeks and weeks but did not receive a lease or any communication of approval, just radio silence. I needed housing for work so I was forced to apply for a unit in a different building. When I contacted Ruben to cancel my application, he claimed I had already been approved despite never being told or receiving a lease and could not get my deposit back even though no lease was extended. No other management team I've worked with has ever not communicated an approval. This kind of predatory behavior makes me glad I am not going to be living at 333 Fremont.

Moving to 333 Fremont Apartments was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Going through the Leasing was a super breeze and the front office is always readily available. Really have to thank Gabriel and Ruben for always being on top of any issues that I have and assisting me in improving my stay here at Fremont Apartments!

Hands down the best apartment complex I've lived in SF. They offer a variety of floor plans that are more unique than the typical apartment layout that you see everywhere else. It's also extremely soundproof, you'll never hear your neighbors or dogs (yay dog friendly!) The building and common areas are kept clean, packages are secured in Luxor One, really can't ask for better upkeep. The staff also make it enjoyable to live here. Gabe, Ruben and Antonio are the sweetest, most helpful managers. If you need anything it will promptly get done. Gabe always warmly welcomes me as I pass the office daily and gives my dog treats, which she loves. These nice touches make me want to stay here as long as I can!

This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in so far among many. The leasing/moving process was easy, smooth, and uncomplicated. Paperwork and the various checks went through really quickly. Adding my boyfriend later to the lease was also a breeze. Can’t say enough good things about the management and staff (especially Ruben, Gabe, and Antonio!), who really make it the best! They care about the safety, comfort, and well-being of the community so much, plan great/fun events to meet neighbors, go well out of their way to assist residents with any requests, and are super responsive always. I’m always impressed by not only how professional they are, but also how kind and caring they are. It’s really a pleasure interacting with them whenever we can. The apartments themselves are also great and comfortable. They are pretty soundproof and don’t get too hot, which is rare in SF. I’ve loved living here so far!

We love pets! Our monthly pet premium is $50 and additional deposit of $500 per pet. We have a dog run onsite and the Rincon Hill Dog Park is within walking distance. Please inquire with the office as we have breed restrictions.

We are a controlled access building. FOB is required to enter the building and up the elevator. We have after hours security!
Hello! We do not have a full-time concierge, however, our onsite leasing team are happy to help or point you in the right direction if you have any questions about the property or neighborhood.
Parking is not included in the base rent. Our monthly parking premium in our controlled access garage is $299. Lowest in Rincon Hill!
We do not have a fitness center. We have a strong relationship with Crunch Fitness and SF Fitness (both within walking distance) and they offer a discount to 333 Fremont residents.
We have A/C in our lobby and common hallways, but no A/C inside the apartment as San Francisco is colder most of the year. We have a separate heater in the bedroom and two in the common area. Our oversized dual pane windows do help control the temperature in your home.
