It’s everything you want in a little shack off the highway in what can feel like the middle of nowhere. No idea what inspired us to take a chance but we’ve now been coming here on our road trips down to Louisiana for 5 years. Good portions, everything cooked fresh, milk shakes from real ice cream and the strawberry has real strawberries in it! I only ever get the fried catfish sandwich, it’s so good. My husband always get the shrimp po boy. Prices have gone up a lot but still reasonable compared to most places, especially for the quality

I love this place. There Catfish here is to die for. I got a 4 piece and salad bar but wished I had gotten a 6 piece. The fish was tender and wonderfully seasoned.

The food was DELICIOUS and great, great Hospitality. Make you feel welcome. Out of the way, but worth it. Sorry, the bread look so good, I took a bite, before I took the picture. The fries were from scratch......Love It yo!

Catfish dinner was a delicious break from our average Friday night meal. Their salad bar had so many options and everything was so fresh even though we got there late in the evening. Staff was delightful and so helpful.
