Tried to check in at 5:30 pm , the lady at the front desk said it was almost ready, we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready! Came back the housekeeping lady was just done “cleaning “ (clearly didn’t) Found hair in the fridge, a nasty pillow case , we actually removed the pillow case and it looked like blood, the curtains had blood on them! We talked to the manager and she was very helpful and give us another room, but definitely not recommend specially if you’re expecting you’re room to be ready and clean ! After a long drive.

I can’t quite give it one star since that would be sleeping in your car. It’s in a good location, so that’s a plus. Now the negatives. • Shelf under the sink was collapsing due to water damage • cigarette burns in the “comforter” • that comforter? Another sheet. • Not very clean. Hair in the bathroom, stains, coffee stains on the tables. • Syringe outside my room in plain sight. That’s great. So if you have the option of your car, the ground or the drunk tank... this is your place.

I had a lovely room that was extremely quiet and comfortable. So much so that I slept through the night from 9 pm to 5 am uninterrupted by outside noise. The sheets and pillows were very soft & comfortable. I had slept so soundly that I was a bit groggy when I woke up in the morning. I accidently left my E-Book behind on the nightstand. The manager lady called me the next morning to say I had left it behind. I asked her if she could please mail it to my home and she said she would. I received it in the mail in less than a week. Thank you very much manager at the Days Inn, Batesville, MS. I surely will put your property at the top of my list when I need accommodations the next time I'm traveling through the area.
