I had never had a massage before I came to see Precious with a severe shoulder ache from sitting at a non - ergonomic desk at work close to 9 hours a day, and some lower back pain. The aches were much reduced, and now I go every other week! Now I have developed sciatica, and she helps a lot with that as well. Precious has healing hands ! She knows what parts of the body to target to get rid of any aches and pains. Since I have been going to her my migraines and headaches have decreased and the knots in my shoulders also have decreased. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage.

According to NY state, potential LMTs must complete 1000hr course program and pass the state board exam.
Not many accept insurance however we ( Simply Precious Hands ) do.
Massage therapist or LMT manipulate the musculoskeletal system to alleviate pain, improve posture, and quality of life. We as a Professional massage therapist, do care of your health.
Massage helps to loosen hypertonic or tight muscles, improve blood circulation, help alleviate skeletal dysfunction.
Simply Precious Hands do but a lot don't.
