The lady working was so gracious to my husband as he hauled our rv (fulltimers with our deep freezer) and needed a spot to hook up while his truck got fixed on a 18 hour move. Very thankful for the kindness during the holiday season.

Very nice place. Under new management. Very clean and the people I've met or seen so far have been real nice. It's right next to the Shed BBQ and access to the river as well as easy access to interstate. I would recommend this park to all..

We pulled in not knowing what to expect. Being in a tent they allowed us to set up wherever we wanted and accommodated us nicely. This campground is nothing fancy and mostly full timers, the bathhouses are well kept, except there is one shower for the entire campground (the women's was down) but we never ran into an issue with showering at the same time as anyone else so we didn't mind. You are directly next to The Shed BBQ, across from a gas store, within 10 minutes to a Wal-Mart and 15-20 minutes to Biloxi Beach. Connie and Lou were great and always on top of things when something needed to be done and the full timers here are so welcoming and help in any way they can. They made our family of 6 feel at home, we will definitely be back!

Great camping experience! It has nice clean, hot showers. The laundry facility is spacious and always clean. They keep the grass mowed and offer 30 and 50 amp service with some pull thrus. The electric is sufficiently up to date. They are currently completely remodeling some of the rentals that are available at this business. It is conveniently located off of I-10 with a convenience store across the street with diesel and a bbq restaurant right next door. I recommend this campground if you're visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast

I don't remember the exact price but I has to be very economical and fairly decent or I wouldn't have chose it. Best I can do hope it helps.
Thier rate varys with the type of concrete. Runs from 410 to 440.

For a cabin?
Depends on the lot. It ranges from $410-$445 a month. There really isn't much to do it there. No pool, no playground, and there are a lot of potholes. The manager plays favorites. There is this one kid or there that will literally try to go into your camper and they won't do anything about it. Just a heads up really.
