When I first called Chuck to schedule an appointment he took 20 minutes to troubleshoot the problem with me on the phone. We found out that the problem was a circuit board and burnt out burner that could not be fixed on the phone. Chuck came out 2 days and spent many hours fixing my heater and tracking down an electrical issue. His service was excellent.
