Cancelled our policy in July and still waiting for our rebate, 2 months later. After multiple calls thru our agent, same story 2-3 weeks longer each time. Sorry they have staffing issues - but as a customer my patience is over.

Don't fall for this company. They make you sign some agreement so you can't get a better quote/price elsewhere and make you pay more for no reason. Dishonest practices get you nowhere. Stay away

After several years of being a customer I needed a very simple form filled out for a SBA Disaster loan after Ida. I didn't want to make a claim for the damages. I fought for weeks trying to get somebody at Orchid to help me and they flat out refused to help. It would have taken less than 30 seconds to assist me and still they refused. That is the definition of horrible customer service. Will be filing complaint with BBB and Mississippi Insurance Department.
