Lousy customer service! I was waiting for someone to help me at the window, and the girl that did finally come to the window didn’t even say boo. No how may I help you. She just stood there staring at me. No wonder this place has issues with people being rude to them. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service and respect.

Pizza is good, but lets talk about the nasty, rude employees. I'm sorry I came in and bought pizza and disrupted your life. I won't do that again. My bad for asking questions. I don't appreciate the snarky attitude .. I'm sorry I am a customer. The first time I ended up with hard, dried up breadsticks that were un-edible which seemed to be 3 days old, yuck, and this time I seemed to be an inconvenience to the employees day. Maybe they should appreciate the fact that they actually have a job to go to. And for reference I was in the D'iberville location on 3/6/2022.

I called in my pizza online at 6:37 PM tonight, they told me it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I was there in 10 minutes and paid for my order. The cashier told me that my order was in the oven and that she would bring it out to me. I finally had to ask where is my pizza. The same cashier that took my money said that a large order for 16 pizzas came in so she dropped everything to get those pizzas out. It was eight minutes shy of an hour when I received my pizzas, I just thought that it was so wrong because she said my pizza was in the oven and then they gave it to someone else. They took my money , they lied to me and gave my pizza to someone else. I won’t be coming back here! The lady parked right next to me said that they did the same thing to her.
