It's not your normal cookie cuter gym. There's an outside space to really get it in if you want. And everything else inside. The staff is friendly and they have prep meals available if you need to get on a meal plan. Awesome love the new take over as well. Kickboxing is awesome. I do it all over there!

This is a great gym. Ownership and management are super nice and attentive because they love their gym. It has every piece of equipment plus every free weight you need to get a good workout. It also has a great covered outdoor gym area that has multiple sled run/pull areas plus squat racks, bench presses and functional workout equipment. Probably the best kept gym secret in Biloxi. Highly recommend it.

There isn’t any registration charge for normal memberships and there are a bunch of different options on payments depending on the membership chosen. First class is free, then you can check out all the different options available depending on what you decide to focus on with your goals
Jiu-jitsu is every evening at 7p.m Monday-Friday and at noon on Tuesday and Thursdays, open mat Saturdays at 11. I can you send you the full schedule if you want. I'm a little hazy on the kickboxing schedule.
They do have kick boxing and Muay Thai as well. Top of the line striking and ground coaches.
