Terrible management. No communication between managers. I was going to move in here and thank goodness I didn't. The ladies in the office were extremely pushy to get me to move in and wanted me to sign paper work before even checking to see if my apartment was ready. Thank goodness I checked the unit before even thinking about signing anything. The apartment was destroyed and they didn't even checked to see if it was ready, but assured me it was ready just to get me in there asap. My major concerns were the carpets being changed and they promised me the carpets would be changed numerous times, but they weren't. They had stains everywhere and after assuring me all carpets are replaced when a tenant moves out, they told me "they never said that." One of the ladies in the office, her name is DEEDEE, screamed at my boyfriend and I when we called them out on lying to us about changing the carpets. Extremely unprofessional management!!

Bad Managment!! Don't even recommend or consider anyone going here. They will lie and tell you they will fix things inside the apartment just to disappoint you and still try and push you into getting it. Don't do it!! There are better places out there!!

I live here in these apartments. And i am in the process of moving.This place was a great place to live up until recently we gotten new managers. And i don't like them because they do not know what they are doing. They can not keep a mainteance person. My fridge been making noise and right now today it is still making noise and it has stop cooling. And all i been hearing. is, We will have some one to come out and fix it. Really. We need knew mangers besides the ones we already have. I cant wait to move.

They don't even deserve 1 star at this point... First off I have lived at these apartments for almost 4 years and never had any issues until some other company bought them out and put the sad excuse of management in there. I have had numerous issues since this new management has been there and the biggest issue of all is right now. My A/C has been out since last Tuesday, that's almost a week, I also have a 4 year old, tell me in what world can you live in South Mississippi without A/C... It's hotter inside my apartment then it is outside. They have done absolutly nothing about the inconvenience other than apologize, they have not offered any fans or window units or even a day it will be fixed by. If anyone happens to know where I can find a corporate number it would be greatly appreciated.
