Woman was rude! Yeh, I went to check in a hour early, but she didn't even care which room I was getting; Nope, 3pm. Came back to check in at 3pm, and there was a gentleman behind the desk, and he had customer service skills, and was nice. This hotel mixes travelers and long term stays. So, there was a loud party outside of our room from 10pm till 5am. The room was adequate for the price, but I can not recommend this hotel for travelers. Customer service failure. Management; retrain that lady, then fire yourself.

This was THE most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. Nothing had been cleaned and I mean nothing. The walls were covered in dirt/mud, the floors hadn't been swept, much less mopped. The tub had pink soap scum all in it, the toilet had not been cleaned (in a long time), there was mildew everywhere. The air conditioning unit had mildew/mold growing all over it along with another foreign substance. The sheets were filthy, as well as the blanket (there wasn't a comforter or quilt...just sheets and a thin fleece blanket). The pillows had blood stains on them. The nightstand was completely missing its drawer. I could go on and on. It was the absolute worst. I do not recommend Studio 6 in Ocean Springs, MS to anyone, ever.

At the beginning of us checking in our room the floor was not cleaned nor the bath tub found someone else granola bars in the cabinet and one bag of coffee then had to ask if we could get coffee and more toilet paper they said we have to charge $1 per each time we give anything then also told us that our room was not be cleaned agin until check out for a whole week only changed our towels outs once after asking them and went. Down to find out if we check out early would we be getting a refund on the days we aren't there was told yes and return deposit and when we actually checked out they tried to charge us extra which is ridiculous and roaches as well

"A" for trying. New manager is remodeling old issues. Room was clean. Walls, tile, toilet, bath tub, chairs, tables ARE OLD, BEAT UP, BROKEN. BED and Sheets were clean, cloroxed white. Plastic cover over the mattress-no bugs. So: for $100 I had a good sleep in a clean bed. The rest... Good value for 1 night stay on the beach.
