The Ocean Springs location went above and beyond to assist me with my rental. The personally were all very professional, and courteous at all times. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

The car I requested was not available but, no worries because Houston accommodated me with a upgrade with no additional charges. The car was really nice. I wish I had taken pictures but I was too excited to go! Houston was very kind to me but overall, he maintained a very professional attitude despite having to deal with multiple people at once. Thank you and I enjoyed the ride.

We used the Enterprise car rental at Ocean Springs because of the great service we have experienced with Enterprise on this trip. We called & asked to be picked up at the Davis Bayou Campground which was no problem for them. Our check in went smoothly & we were upgraded on the car type we were given. We decided to keep the car longer (more than 2 weeks total) & it was handled easily. The employees were friendly & helpful. We continue to be very pleased with the service, the cars provided & the prices for renting at Enterprise.
