I own and operate a small, local moving company in San Jose. I wouldn’t be in business if it weren’t for Carlos and Jared at the rental desk. They are always quick to confirm trucks and will go the extra step to find one if there is limited availability. I started going to Ryder for my rentals after places like budget and uhual dropped my reservations the morning I needed them, received the truck with little to no gas, or simply broke down. This is very embarrassing as a small business owner to not have a reliable source of trucks. Ryder has on site gas, so it’s received full and I can return it on empty. Also, their rental team opens earlier and is the quickest to process the rental so I can get to work. Thanks you Estevan, Carlos, and Jared!
