They are a bit busy for a reason. Complete tune up on my mower. Sharpened the blades, cleaned everything. The go to place to make sure your mower is tip top before the season. They are around back fyi.

I took my Honda mower in for tune up and blade sharpening. The transmission worked fine on this self-propelled mower before the tune up. I attempted to mow and the wheels locked up and the mower world would not roll backwards. I took it back to Happy Rock and could not get the mower to duplicate the issue while mowing on their parking lot. Regardless if I could reproduce the problem, I was told they didn't touch or work near the transmission, this is considered a NEW issue, they would charge me for an entirely NEW repair, but also they don't work on Honda's and I should take it to another shop. The tune up they performed seems fine. However, their refusal to accept that my mowers inability to roll backwards is not their fault (although for 2 years since I've owned it I have had no issue) is not acceptable. I would not recommend this shop.

Very competitive & reasonable pricing, easy to get in and quick to finish. Try someone new; stop waiting and paying premium prices at feed stores and manufacturers!
