My room was NOT cleaned. See pics. Came down for my grandfather funeral. I had to ask for new bedding to change the beds because I had hair underneath the pillow. Was praying me or my children didn’t get sick because of how dirty and disgusting the AC was. Toe nail, candy, the edges of the room dirty, they didn’t even vacuum, look like a pizza stain on the carpet as well. I was given a $20 discount and $5,000 ( 😒🙄👎🏾rewards points) after showing the front desk my pics. Still paid $283 for 2 nights…Room was definitely not worth it.

Room was as clean as they should. Honestly, don't expect much from hotels in small-town. The breakfast was decent and the sitting area was clean. The toilet was clogged our entire stay. Still probably the one of the best option for hotel in that area.

Positive: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I liked the room setup and all the amenities that were included. The staff was very professional and courteous. The breakfast was good and hot. Negative: The j hotel did not have an inside pool. I did not like the fact that you had to go to the neighboring hotel to swim. The pool was too small for both hotel guests to use. Plus, it was too hot to be outside watching the kids in the pool.
