Starkville Dairy Queen is terrible! We've tried going there 5 times in the past 10 days to get a milkshake & a banana split! Either they're out of bananas or their ice cream machine is always down!

Anytime I ever come through the line I’m ALWAYS asked to pull around and wait. I’ve never seen a car receive their food thru the window, the wait times are ridiculous, blizzards are never blended properly and the staff members are always incredibly rude. I love Dairy Queen and would love to see this store do better but I’ve lost hope faith in this location. Won’t be back anymore.

My second visit here and my last! I went to drive thru and I didn't understand what she meant on stackburger,(didn't know what they were) and told me to drive up. When I got to window she kept giving me dirty looks.. I asked what was on burger and I told her no ketchup, she slammed window and kept giving me that look. The burger was delicious but the fries were almost raw. Instead of saying your sorry, fix the problem. I know help is hard to find,but good luck. Jack's employees are very nice!!

The employees are so nice. Each time we visit they have a welcoming smile with super service The! The chicken strips are delicious! Have never had a bad experience there. They are A+!
