First, be aware that many of the five star reviews come from a promotion that management does where they offer a reward in return for the review. If you decide to live here, you need to take pictures and videos of the apartment before you move in. You need good luck to get a good apartment. Some apartments will need no fixing and are in mostly good state. Some will be broken, run-down, or hastily cleaned. Unless you send in a bulk maintenance request, you will rarely get a response, and they will mark it as completed even if they do nothing. Make sure you keep all these requests as they will try to charge you for these when you move out. I have had friends charged $400-$2000. It is mostly quiet, but the weekends can get loud. There are many parties that happen here, but most won't be too loud unless you're near it. It is relatively safe compared to other complexes. Management does help if you go to them in-person at the office, and the staff here are actually helpful. But, they must follow the rules set by the owners, which are horrible and somewhat predatory. If you are to move here, keep a record of everything. When you do move out, they will not advertise that they will not walk with you around your apartment to assess any damage in the apartment. You must do it at least a month before you move out. The facilities here are actually good, and I would argue better than most of the other apartments here. It is also close to campus, just be careful crossing the road between, but that's not something the apartment can control.

Don't move in until everything is written clear. Do not believe in words, especially when renewing a lease. Believe in written emails and documents. In my case, they did not keep their words. Let us call it cheating. Be extremely careful and good luck.

I would advise anyone not to move on these apartments unless you get one alone or with roommates you know. The reason I say this is because it has been a nightmare for my daughter. They just throw anyone in with you. They ask when u first sign the lease do u want animal friendly apt or not. My daughter and one of her roommates(that she went in with) asked for no dogs About 6 months later, they threw someone in their apt with a dog. They didn’t want to complain, but it would be another thing if the person kept it clean. It has been a total mess. That is just one mishap. There have been many more episodes. So please please please if you move in do it by yourself or someone you know is sort of like yourself because that’s what they said they would put someone in your apt kinda like you NOT!! So disappointed.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and they have all been lit! Our townhouses are the biggest for student living in Starkville as well the lowest priced. They host so many events throughout the year as well as give out free food, drinks, gear, and even have leasing specials throughout the year. Dede and Julia are my favorite managers ! Tiffany is also the best property manager in Starkville, she is always doing her best to help. I’d rate 21 a 10/10 must try again.

Hi Christina! Although we are located very close to the MSU campus, we are not affiliated with the university. We are a privately owned student-housing complex! Are you looking for an apartment for the summer or fall?
Don't go there to stat
