Very disappointed  I spoke to a man Sunday evening he quoted me a $99.00 service fee which would be waived if we elected to have you do the work told me someone would text me the next day, that didn't happen! The next day I go on your website the service fee is $89 so I went ahead and scheduled for Weds between 8-10am, Tues at 2pm I get a text confirming the service call, then at 5pm I get a text cancelling my service call from you! Weds I go to your website to schedule again and now the service call is $120 and no slots for service until Thurs!!!? Very unprofessional and misleading...confusing at best

We have used them three times in the last year. We had our 21 year old AC unit die in the middle of the summer, so we had to have them come out. They repaired it and replaced some parts for a moderate, fair price. The second time we called them was two months later because the fan in our attic was making noises (the blade was hitting something) and they ended up replacing the fan because it had bent over time somehow. We then had them come out to replace the unit and they gave us a fair price for the unit and install (looked up price of unit and the labor cost wasn't an arm and a leg considering they had to take out the old unit and put in the new unit in the attic by taking it apart and putting it back together again - the entrance to my attic was too small). Overall, I would recommend them because they are amazing to work with, friendly and try to work with your budget. UPDATE OCTOBER 2021: I signed up for an automatic monthly payment withdrawal to get my annual services done and noticed my payments stopped early Summer. I called the number on my card, it was disconnected. Called the number on the website and it goes to Illinois. Found out the Arizona office closed and they sold their clients to another servicer but have yet to get a call back to resolve this. My experience the two times they came out was a 5 star experience, but I lowered to 3 after this experience (no communication that the office closed, no offer to refund money for annual services would not be handled, no call back with new servicer).
