Regretful and horrible first time shopping experience with Lowes at Burbank, California. Complaining about Manager Christopher Roberts and Regional Manager John Sayre. Lowes does not have right systems and right people and this is clearly not their forte. Home Depot is much better at customer care, helping customers and solving customer’s issues. Lowes can not even handle basic things like orders and deliveries being done right. AVOID this store and Lowes at all costs.

I believe competition is healthy and because home depot is a few lblocks away from this place they have to be consistent on how they manage this store and you won't be disappointed. Very well organized, knowledgeable staff and pretty much everything you need for your do it yourself project is in this store.

I purchased a GE stackable washer and dryer yesterday that was on sale in-store, and it was delivered promptly this morning. The workers took away the old unit, measured the space for the new unit, removed the door that would have obstructed the install, and tested successfully. The movers and sales people from yesterday were professional, courteous, and efficient.
