Terrible service departments. I scheduled my appointment for recall service on my vehicle a week in advance with their service department. I called a day before the scheduled date to verify they had the parts and were ready to do the work. I specifically said I lived far away, but they were the nearest dealer. The service department said they had the part and were ready. They even sent a text confirming the appointment the next day. When I got there, they said they did not have the part. I told them that they made me waste time, money and gas to make the confirmed appointment and had previously called myself. But, they did not care or even admit or felt sorry for their mistake. Tony is the Service Manager, but he was not there. Obviously he is a bad manager and doesn't manage his department professionally and correctly. Their website says they "Strive for Excellence" but they show no professionalism and anything close to Excellence. Obviously Mercedes service is terrible. I gave one star in order to be able to post this, but they do not even deserve one.

Yesenia made it happen! Even with low inventory we were able to secure this Mercedes and trade in the older lease. Yesenia worked with our budget and made it happen. I will be coming back 💪

On June 26, I walked in the Mercedes-benz of Valencia knowing that I wasn't going trade-in and lease another car but then Alex walked up to us and asked if we needed help and from there was smooth sailing. Alex is a great Salesman and professional. We asked him what we were looking for and lead us to that car that had everything and we end up trading-in our car for another. Thanks Alex!

The service center at Mercedes Benz of Valencia is horrible. The advisors I dealt with (4-5 different people) were irresponsible and not forthcoming when it came to servicing my Sprinter van. There have been several occasions where I have left messages 4-5 times in 1 week and not get a return call. All I wanted to find out was the status of the service on my van. In addition, I have called on 3 different occasions and complained to the person that I was speaking with at the time about the poor communication and service of the previous advisor. Every time, whomever I was talking to “promised” me that they would call me back. And of course they never did. On the rare occasion that they do finally return my call after a week of calling, they always use the same excuse of being “extremely busy.” I doubt though that they are THAT busy to simply return my calls. I thought there was hope with the person I dealt with most recently. This person even boasted about how she would be different from the previous advisors there. She also boasted about her experience and tenure at that dealership by mentioning that she trained some of the other advisors I had dealt with. But alas, she also failed miserably. She told me the service on my van was completed and that I could pick it up a week ago (Saturday 10AM). But something came up where I couldn’t. So called 2 days later on Monday before I went to pick it up. I had to leave a message for this woman which of course she didn’t respond to for 1 week. And mind you, I had called 3 more times after that call on Monday. She then texts me to tell me the van was not ready. I have had it with this dealership. I’m picking up my van tomorrow and taking my Sprinter elsewhere. To top it off, this dealership is so incompetent as they couldn’t figure out why my heater was not working. DO NOT GO TO MERCEDES BENZ OF VALENCIA!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! PS- I apologize if this review is jumping from one topic to another with no flow. I am just so upset and beside myself that I can not type in an organized manner.

This means that there is a problem with the suspension system on the vehicle. Probably the vehicle is sitting too low at one or more wheel areas. You should get this checked out as soon as possible' as this could lead to further damage to the vehicle.
