Stopped in there with a couple oddball questions fully expecting to be on my own in figuring out the answers and was completely shocked. The Assistant manager Angel was an expert on their gear, the history of the company and was able to help me find exactly what I needed! I have frequently had issues with service at the St Louis stores and was blown away with the one on one service, expertise and advice that their associates had to offer. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I can not say enough good things about them and their store!

Really friendly staff. Had to laugh at the signs saying it's not Men's Warehouse after Google maps prompted me to review it as that. If anyone reads this and goes in please tell the staff I think they will find it funny.

After buying 5.11 boots through Amazon for a few years, I'd heard a few months back through a friend that a store exists in Independence. Figured I needed a new pair of boots for work and took a trip. Great store with plenty to look through, everyone has always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went back today for a beanie and Angel was running the counter; Super down to earth and great employee, the kind of folk you keep around. Glad I went back, looking forward to my next purchase!
