Champions is an excellent gym. They offer several different types of classes. The staff is always friendly and professional. What I think really sets Champions apart from other gyms is their fantastic personal training staff. I've had a great experience with Jennifer. She is great! She's very patient and committed to helping me reach my goals. It's been a wonderful experience working with her!

Pool renovations will begin on Monday, September 16th. During this time the pool will be CLOSED, but the Hot Tub and Dry Sauna will remain Open and Operational until we need to close that area of the pool deck.👍 We estimate that it will be approximately 3 weeks to complete the scope of work.
