A few of the machines were don or needed a little maintenance, but overall, a good experience. The huge washers got my 2 loads of bedding done in half an hour and the huge dryer amazed me by drying the bedding in 10 min!

Washer #1 didn't spin out. Can't find an employee to let them know and phone number is disconnected. Over priced. Since washer didn't spin, drying cost double. Will not return.

Grateful to have a laundry mat that has plenty of washers and dryers. Very seldom have I had to wait. The employees are on top of all maintenance. As soon as a machine goes down. Their just as eager to get it up running again. The only complaint I have. Is although the employees work to do their part to clean the inside and maintain the machines. I believe its everyone of us as customers to take a part in keeping the building clean also. If we drop dryer sheets. We should pick them up and make sure we have all used ones removed from the dryer. When we use the bathroom. If we mess in it. We flush it. We all need to remember that we dont like picking up after anyone else. So out of respect for ourselves and the other person. Let's commit to keeping the laundry mat clean. And not think we're entitled to having someone to come in and pick up after us. Let's be sure and pick up after ourselves whither employees are working or not.

Be careful using dropoff service. They weigh in whatever you bring your laundry in, yes that would include a heavy piece of luggage and charge for that weight as well. Nowhere is it posted or does anyone say anything to you when you drop off. The same laundry that another drop off service elsewhere charged us $23 for cost $50 at this location.
