I used 9 washing machines and 4 of them never dispensed soap into the laundry it was all still in the compartment when you try to contact someone there is no one to talk to just a voicemail this is trash service you should have a service attendant who can take care of any needs also there was zero access to the bathroom I am pregnant and had to go to two different store before I found a bathroom also there was soap all over my hands and no place to wash my hands I definitely do not recommend washing here I attached pictures of the soap I pulled out of the machine it was damp but barely

The change machine was not working, every load had to be washed twice because the machine made so many suds, and the machines smelled when you open them. Overall, would not recommend.

I would love to give this place a five star rating being that I've been going there for over a year, but my experience getting a refund from a broken machine that ate $5.00 of change was troublesome and I never even received the refund (and this has happened a couple times out of the year - so not often, but enough tp make me avoid the change-only machines). I wish there were more triple load machines with credit card access, but that's just a want and nothing to do with my rating. All in all, it's usually quite clean and the people who use it are typically courteous and friendly.

Decent machines, quiet, accepts credit cards, and so unbelievably dirty. Black gunk in the soap dispensers, dead bugs on the floor, underneath the machines hasn't been swept in what I'm assuming has been years, and no hand soap in the bathrooms, which is a nightmare in itself (there's a bucket of brown water next to the toilet that looks it hadn't been dumped since the last time they swept under the machines). That being said... everything worked so there's that.
