I have learned and relearned Tai Chi at the Taoist Sanctuary multiple times over the years. I met my wife Lydia here nearly 30 years ago. Several years ago I had an injury that impaired my sense of balance and ability to think clearly. I returned to take Tai Chi classes with the Seniors group and I credit the Tai Chi with helping me recover. The Sanctuary and Bill Helm have been very good to me.

If you go into the shop in the website, you can "order" a 1 or 3 month pass for $125 for taichi and qi gong, or $100 for just qi gong. http://www.taoistsanctuary.org/shop

Is Tai Chi instruction provided here?

I am in Carlsbad frequently, wondering if tuina practitioner could help my lower back pain that travels into my buttock and down outside of my leg. Dr. said I have a degenerating spine; on Eliquis after pulmonary embolism (Jan).. Seeking referral?

I have been going to Bill Helm at the Taoist Sanctuary for about a month and half for tuina treatments and after over 3 years of nothing working for my lower back and left leg pain, this is the best i have felt... highly recommend it.
