Ordered online, arrived at cracker barrel at 8:30, checked in, food supposed to be ready at same time. I called at 8:52 to ask about my order, and was told by the car hop that they just didn't see the notification on the screen....mind you the place is darn near empty cause this is in the evening. Our food was Luke warm....it will be a long time before we eat here again.

I ordered the roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. The meat was in small bite size or smaller pieces and was about 1/3 fat pieces. Good flavor and tender just wasn't much there. Mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold. Gravy was a joke!!! Was cold and actually had a skin on it because it had set around so long!!!! Fluffy cheese squash casserole looked like a pile of puke and the bite it took tasted awful. Gave this place it's second chance and I won't be going back to Murray Cracker Barrel. BOOO!!!!!

We had a great waitress, but that's always hit or miss. Food came out quickly and as ordered. Sometimes it hasn't been as good as this time. It's kind of hit or miss, but I enjoy the food and atmosphere.

I ordered curbside pickup. When the girl brought me my food, she shoved it through the window in my face. I was like whoa, hang on a sec. She said well idk what else to do, they tied the bags together for some reason. (Ummm I could’ve opened my door…but anyway) I got the bags over to the passenger seat and turned around and she was gone. I realized she didn’t give me my 3 drinks. So I called the number back to let them know. She said well you can come in and get your drinks. I told her no, I ordered curbside so they needed to bring them out to me, I wasn’t dressed to come inside. She said I’ll have to transfer you to the ones who do curbside. I waited on the phone for 9 mins and no one picked up the phone. I called back and a guy answered the phone. I told him I had been waiting on hold for 9 mins to get the drinks I ordered with the food they brought out to me 12 mins earlier. He said I just got here soooo. Ummm ok, I don’t care. Please bring me my drinks. My food is getting COLD!! 6 mins later, I finally got my drinks. Got home and my food was cold. And gross. So that was almost $60 wasted. Horrible customer service.
