Love me some Zaxby's! The food is always fresh and hot. The flavors are awesome and our food came out fast! Also, they really know how to make French fries and their Texas toast is the best I've ever had.

I ordered from door dash and it was not very pleasant. First I wasn't given a straw or an extra sauce I paid for. The chicken was more chewy than crunchy. I couldn't even finish it. The fries were alright but the ones at the bottom were soggy. I don't blame the door dash person. The employees here need to pay attention to what they're doing. I understand mistakes happen but this isn't the first time something like this has happened. I used to work here, it's not a difficult job if you just keep track of what you're doing.

Food was good, customer service was excellent! BUT they were running a little hot today... The bottom of the sandwich tasted like burnt Styrofoam and had small pieces on my sandwich.
