I LOVE this place! I moved to San Diego about two years, ago. When I got a nail in my tire, I was referred to Bear Tires. They removed the nail free of charge (which I was not expecting). So when I needed new tires, I went back to Bear Tires. I gave Bear the tire size and had them installed. When I saw the car, I realized the tires size as wrong. It was MY mistake. But I didn't want them regardless. Bear found tires in stock that met the requirements I was looking for: shed snow, carry weight, 60,000 mile warranty, and the correct size. They swapped out the tires for a small additonal labor charge -- again, the tire size was MY fault! I was on the road about 30 min later with the tire size I actully wanted! (And, bonus, the correct tires were $200 less than what I ordered!) They have more than earned my business! And my referral business! Thank you!!!

I recently purchased a set of 4 Continental DWS 06+ for my 2021 Mazda 3 from Bear’s Tires. The employee on the phone answered all of my questions regarding sizing, brand differences, and inventory/shipping speed. They are VERY resourceful and knowledgeable. The tires showed up in 2 days, and they called me to notify me right away. When the tires showed up, I had them take my current wheels (with tires) off, take out the TPMS, and mount them in a new set of aftermarket rims with the new tires. The job was done in a bit longer than an hour and this was on a Saturday too. The install was pretty much perfect save for a finicky TPMS sensor. I actually circled back to Bear’s after a week to have them take a look - they took me in at the end of the day on a weekday to scan, dismount, reseat, and re-install the entire problematic wheel. This was my first time with Bear’s and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They are friendly, communicative, and dependable.

Super honest and fantastic service. Got a nail in my tire a few months after purchasing a new set of tires from Bear. Stopped by and they took care of it super quick and no charge! Tires are good quality at a reasonable price too.
