This was the Macy's in Sherman Oaks and it was TERRIBLE! There were clothes all over the floor, items just tossed onto the tables, items falling off the hangers. This was in the women's clothing section and intimates on a Sunday morning when the store 1st opened. We literally walked out, so disappointed. I thought maybe I was at a Marshall's or Ross. HORRIBLE

I was shopping for a graduation gift and had a wonderful shopping experience with Jacob in Dior, the mens cologne section. I wasn't there long before he approached me and offered to show me the Dior Collection, Jacob is very knowledgeable with the products and was so helpful. I was in and out of there, he helped me choose the perfect gift. So professional and polite, I ended up buying two colognes! Sweet young man even gift wrapped both for me. I loved it! Thank you Jacob! Destiny also is great with customer service, she rang me up and let me know about my points which led me to the beauty section to purchase something for myself.

Worst customer service. Mrs Jill Pan, I came to return some online items on the second floor just right now. After waiting on the line for 20 min, mercy at the register asked for my online receipt, I showed them (Mercy & Angel) whatever exactly Macy's had sent me for the order. I asked her get the order number because my phone was about to die. She refused and with a bad attitude told me don't you see my register is busy with him and by the way this is my manager. She forgot to give me one of my receipts at the end n when I asked for it she said which receipt that's it At the end she found it by her register!. Feel so sorry for their unprofessional attitude.

Today I arrived at the store and I was very lucky to be very well attended by a lady named Michelle. She was kind and solved a problem with a return that I had since December. **THANKS MICHELLE** this was my third try when I made the purchase they had given me a wrong box and number and no one could help me before this person Michelle apologized on behalf of her department and was very efficient Thank you Miss.Michelle I am very grateful and happy I was already thinking about not going back there but today I changed my mind👋
