This company is the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. We scheduled a pickup on a Monday, and were promised that the driver would arrive between 8:00 am and noon. When we’d heard nothing by 12:30, we called, and were told the driver was thirty minutes out. At 2:00 pm, we called again. Again, we were told the driver was thirty minutes out. At 3:00, we called again. They connected us with the driver, who said he’d be there between 4:30 and 5, making all kinds of excuses. We canceled and rescheduled for Wednesday, having lost an entire day waiting on the pickup. It is now 4:19 pm on Wednesday. We are still waiting on a pickup that was promised between 8:00 am and noon. The driver made excuses, blaming the rain and dispatch, and calling my wife “honey”. I’ve seen grade school lemonade stands and Girl Scout troops selling cookies with a better sense of professionalism. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re rank amateurs.

been doing business with them 10 years they are not good people money hungry company my car stolen from outside (2014 impala blue ) we are taking the thief to court the issue we facing they tried to be with the thief against us (the buyer) last year sold me a car with stolen title vehicle this bad company they get the money and don't care for you to bad i still have to do business with them try me best not to i don't like this location very careful they are not helpful to bad i had to leave 1 star

My truck was towed here by progressive after a accident. Progressive decided it was fixable took it to the body shop as soon as it got to the body shop i went to make sure all my car audio was still bolted down in the back. My truck had been stripped clean 7000k in audio gone these people are thief's not to mention the truck got to the body shop with more body damage than when i had the crash. Don't trust these people

Been here several times! The loaders are experienced and do things in a timely manner however the people at the front desk needs some attention. Not all but theirs a couple with nasty attitudes all the time cutting their eyes at u for no apparent reason and not to mention I’m their quite frequently so it’s no conquensidence. That’s the down side of going here cut everything else is ok!
