I didn't know it took 25 minutes to fry some chicken. I'm really liked that my "hot" cheese dip was out sitting at room temperature 20 minutes before the rest of my order was finished. Thanks for wasting my time!

Best Chili's I've ever eaten in . Food was delicious and very plentiful . Love the chili!!! Our waitress, Tallia was very good. Helpful and very patient, and attentive.

Very happy with our to go order. Most restaurants lately are just pathetic with to go orders, can't get anything right, leave things out. So we were very happy that chili's not only got everything perfect, even the drinks, the food was fantastic, and service was very prompt and friendly.

I have always loved chili’s, but florence chillis has disappointed me so much. Right when you enter, the place stinks, then the whole environment is just not clean and fresh, floors are sticky and so are the tables and so is the cutlery and the glass. Food could have been better, but being in not clean enough and stinky dishes really spoils the whole good meal mood. Chilis Florence we take out our time to have good meal, plz keep the environment dishes tables floors extra clean plz! This was my second time visiting them, the first time it was same experience and I thought, maybe sometimes we all have bad days. But even 2nd chance disappointed me!
