Just went thru the drive thru and as usual they were rude and got my order wrong, it’s amazing this place survives with this kind of customer service, I asked the girl if she wanted to see my receipt and she said “ I could care less”

This one in Destin is very busy. The staff handle the flow of customers great! They are very nice and well mannered. This McDonalds ranks an A+++++ on my list. Have a great day!

Awful experience. Was in line for 15 minutes to have them get my order wrong. They didn’t give us receipt at first window to prove our order. We offered to pay for extra item, but they wouldn’t do it unless we waited in the line again, which we didn’t have time to do, so my 5 year old is without breakfast. This is what is wrong with things today.

First time visiting this McDonald's. We went through the dive through on our way home from Tennessee. Drive through was fast, the customer service was amazing and the food was just how we ordered it! Everything was hot and fresh. The cheese on my cheeseburger was even hot and melted. It was fantastic! This location is EXACTLY how every McDonald's should be! This is the standard right here!
