This coffee shop is the perfect place to stop on a tour of east Nashville. Their coffee is delicious (and their limited edition menu additions are always worth a try!) and the staff is always very friendly. I love grabbing a cup of something tasty here and walking around the beautiful neighborhood.

Ugly Mugs has excellent coffee with a great atmosphere, tons of seating inside and out, and very friendly staff. I had a BLT sandwich with avocado and gluten free bread and it was incredible! The bread was lightly toasted and the bacon was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place - I know I'll definitely be coming back!

The atmosphere was lovely and chill. It gets busy with people working on laptops. I highly recommend the coffee, but pass on the food. I might try something different next time. This places passes the vibe check for sure! I would totally go again!

This place would have gotten 5 stars if not bought out by RetroGradeCoffee. I have been going to this coffee shop for a decade. It was always amazing. They only went up on prices ONCE in a decade & it was just $0.25cents. Since the new owners, the coffee beans have changed (not as good), the teas have changed (gross) and my $4.75 coffee is now $5.95. It doesn’t even taste as good. I can get a cheaper coffee at Starbucks. I kept going for the coffee and employees. I tried to still come even with the coffee bean change but now with the huge price jump, I will have to stop going. I hate it because the employees are the best. But as with most new owners they have ruined a good thing

And let me add.. That along with all of the drink and fresh baked delights to choose from the atmosphere is very comfortable and laid back.. A great place to plug in your laptop and unplug from the world for a minute.. They also have a very friendly staff.
Yes, they have tea, but definitely by season. Only 3 I have seen be constant.
As far as I know, the answer is no! The didn't charge me extra for the non-dairy choice of milk.
They have sandwiches, wraps, and things like yogurt and fruit cups. I am on a low carb diet and they do have sugar free coffee syrups etc., But in the way of food not sure this is the best place for that.
There were tons of dogs outside the shop. There weren't any in the coffee shop while I was in there, however.
We do carry a gluten free bread and just one GF pastry. Also our steel cut oatmeal is gluten free. We don’t have a ton but we will try to make something work for you.
