I only gave this a 1 star the best worker there was Kelly. She still carries customer service very well. Now and days I try to also support black businesses and thank them for working hard. Usually the staff are Asian American or just Asian so when I asked the male worker about that being that I only seen African Americans he said is that all you had to ask? I wanted to say that I was proud to see more of our people working beauty supply stores in the neighborhood and I was very proud but his attitude wasn't polite. So black businesses like these needs to pay close attention to whom walk in their stores so they can receive good reviews more. Including all business.

This is by far the best hair store in Nashville. They always have what you need/want. They have never failed me. Great staff and customer service. I never have a hard time finding what i need. Even if youre undecided i guarantee when you walk in this store it will take you no time to find what you need. I always recommend this store to friends or people that i dont know. I truly love this store. Ive went to other stores when im unable to get to this store and almost every time i walk out empty handed. Im big on crochets and they always have a new style when i go, sometimes i go in already knowing which style imma get but end up finding something that I like better. Only 1 time i had 1 issue and thats which the butterfly lock crochets and without hesitation they let me exchange for a different style. Even after i opened the pack.
