This is the worst ran establishment I have ever witnessed. Literally the cooks were outside sharing and smoking a cigarette outside then coming in at their leisure making people's food. One patron asked the cook to wash their hands, to which the cook took offense and threatened the customer. Another worker was jumping in and out of random trucks. If you want wing stop , do not stop here

I wish I could give 0 stars. 1st I called several times to place my order. No answer so I placed online. I had a friend pic up my order and I received nothing I ordered. I tried calling 5 more times and nothing!!! No wonder why the reviews are so bad. This was my time ordering from this location and never again! I'll head back to firecracker chicken per usual. Do better!

It's like purgatory, but with 90s hip hop and mediocre wings... Placed an online order, drove 15 mins to go get it, paid, then literally stood around while a bunch of children loudly played around in the kitchen. Not exaggerating, PLAYING AROUND. 5 people came and got their food while we stood here. Oh, and our food? It was sitting in the to go rack for 8 additional minutes while the cashier tried to fix her airpod so she could stream Netflix, one of the kitchen employees walked around clutching her stomach complaining of how bad it hurt. The other 2 were making food with the same sense of urgency one has when deciding on whether to delete a spam email or just ignore it. Unreal. I will never, ever, ever come back to this location. I will actually try and reach out to the franchise owner to let them know. It was THAT bad. Ugh.
