I just love writing reviews when I receive great customer service. This is the 2nd time we have used the Geek Squad in Madison TN. to build a gaming computer with the parts that we supplied and I am just sorry that I failed to recognize them on the previous build, but now that we are enjoying our second gaming computer I felt it was time to recognize them. Let’s start off by saying that the price of the install pays for itself….allow me to explain... They have a service called Best Buy Total Tech and that service runs $199.99 yearly. That price not only included the build of our gaming PC but throughout the year it adds a FREE 2 year warranty on all purchases. When I purchased this service last year for our previous build it provided a free 2 year warranty on my Apple Watch, our MacBook Air, A calculator for our son, a gaming mouse, a sports watch, and a computer monitor. So what we saved in extended warranties paid for the Total Tech service. Ok, back to the great customer service. We had our appointment to drop everything off on Monday 7-18 with a completion ETA of 7-22, we received constant updates from Christopher N. (Who checked us in). He even advised us that the extra fans for the computer case (2 fans built in plus 3 more that we ordered) would not work unless we ordered an inexpensive part that split the fan connections on the motherboard. We placed the order (Set to arrive on 7-19) and received a call about one hour later stating that other than the fans that are awaiting that part that the CPU build is complete). WOW… Everything completed (other than the delay on our part for not having everything we needed) in less than a couple of hours. I know that the Geek Squad has a good reputation for repairs and problem resolution, but I do not think that people are aware that they are also amazing at building the computer of your dreams. Thank you Geek Squad and I look forward to having the total Tech Support to pay for itself again throughout the year.

They were very nice and very courteous and all the merchandise that I picked up had a good price on it and a warranty so I'm satisfied so I'll go back

Excellent Geek Squad service on my AirPods Pro. Fixed in 3 business days, and prompt pickup when I walked in (despite their not having an available pickup window that day). Stuart was particularly helpful on both visits.

I took my broken computer to Geek Squad to have it repaired. Then were honest and told me it would be too costly so I bought a new one while I was there. The sales clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was the time it took to get waited on and the process. It's not clear you have to go to the front of the store to get in the queue, so I waited around a while before I went there to see how to get get help. Another customer did the same thing until I directed him to the desk. Then they notify you via text that your sales assistant is ready and for you to go fetch him. I saw him at the desk waiting around but didn't notice I got a text until I checked it a few minutes later. Best Buy should have the process posted as you come into the store. However, we bought a computer and TV so we were pleased when we got service.

They offer a kitchen aid brand trash compactor WTH free delivery for the low low price of $13 hundred dollers,. Did I meantion free delivery!!! If you don't see the zeros added to the 13 it don't seem as bad, right?

Not really the place to ask. You could always look online, then type in the zip code of the store. It will say available of the store has 2 or more in stock. It will say out of stock of there is 2 or less.
Returns at best buy depend on your membership level. Standard is 14 days, elite 30 and elite plus 45 days. There might also be a restocking fee on something like a tv.
7am to 6pm Christmas Eve hours
Advise that you call the store. They seem to have several watches but I don't know about that particular one.
