Staff is so friendly and helpful but most of all, my dog is so comfortable with them. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The last few times I’ve called to ask informational questions. I was put on hold for 13 minutes. I called again today and the phone was picked up and immediately put on hold. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. I called again and the same thing. No actual answer just put straight on hold. How is this okay? This is extremely unprofessional. As an established office, they should be more organized and fully staffed to be able to handle the volume of their clients. I have one more appointment with them. My cat needs more care beyond that, but with the way they handle their calls and do customer service, I am not going to continue going here. Will gladly pay a new physical checkup at an office that’s more attentive. If you love your pet and your mental sanity, don’t go here.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
