Horrible customer service. Unkind workers and not in the least helpful. Have given multiple opportunities hoping it was just a bad day but they’re just mean.

The lady that was working the evening I went, was so rude. I wanted to buy a sewing machine for my mom for Christmas. An associate from Joann’s walked me over to the area to look at the sewing machines. The woman behind the counter had her back to me and completely ignored me. A few minutes went by and the woman was still ignoring me. she knew I was there. I was just looking at the different machines. Eventually, I said something to the lady. Without even turning around, she snapped “we’re closed!” I asked her what time they close. She said 7:00. It was 7:02. That woman purposely ignored me until after 7:00, so she didn’t have to help me. She was so rude. She never once turned around to look at me. So I went to Michael’s and bought my sewing machine. They were friendly and very nice. I will never shop at Joann’s or Viking again.
