First and last time going to Bojangles. They closed the lobby as we were heading to the door over 30 minutes before their lobby was supposed to close. They only had BBQ or Buffalo sauce. Despite us ordering mashed potatoes we didn’t receive utensils.

The food was sure tasty, and we'll be back, but the blueberry biscuits were without their glaze. I thought they were still delicious, but Husband wasn't pleased.

Rock hard fries, I almost lost two molars! WTD and service is horrible. You have workers walking around in the establishment with bright pink bonnets on their heads and wearing sweatpants. Way out of uniform and being rude. Never again for me

We've been to this location a few times and have had issues each time. First time, they told us there would be a 15 minute wait on chicken which we were fine with, but then they forgot about us and it took over 40 minutes. Last time was worse though. It was during business hours and the sign said open, but no one would address is and after about 5 minutes of us waiting at the speaker, the girl with the headset on came out and went to her car, looked at us, and drove away without saying anything. Just not being well managed right now I guess.
