I had the worst expérience with this company. They said they could fix my drone, I even provided them the part. They called me and said the drone was finished. I went there to pick-up and They put the part on backwards. They took the drone back to fix. A couple days later called again , ready for pick-up. I paid $142.01 for the repair. I left and proceeded to test the drone. It still was not working. When I tried to return the drone to have them fix it, they said they couldn't guarantee that it was fixed???? Long story short, I would not recommend this company. I don't understand what you do if you don't guarantee anything. What's the job you are doing if it's not repair and please don't blame your failure on the part ( I saved you time to for it and it was original) so please learn to be responsible and don't run only behind money 😉

extremely nice and helpful staff, although they wernt able to fix the problem with my phone (of no fault of theirs) they were able to help me out and offer me a possible solution to do on my own instead of them just dissecting my phone. and for no charge either because they're partnered with Google and i have a Google pixel.

Graham Holt has been immensely helpful. He is customer obsessed. He spent his time on my urgent phone check up request and answered all questions in detail.
