Suites were nice but for the price I would've thought the hotel overall would be more upscale and updated. I selected this hotel as I was getting married and needed a room to get ready but now I think it would've been more worth it to stay at the Hilton next door as that one looked much newer. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean, however the wifi was spotty and the TV was running on antenna and wasn't getting all the channels. Ended up hooking my laptop to the TV just to have some form of entertainment. Also when checking out the hotel elevator broke down so we had to walk down 12 flights of stairs which was not fun Nice room, but I won't be back.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at this location. Toni went above and beyond for us, as well as all other guests she comes in contact with. The breakfast was good, suites were spacious, and as I said the staff is phenomenal. Will stay again most definitely

We spent two nights here. Overall great service. Pleasantly surprised by their hot breakfast (Egg and sausage; oatmeal with brown sugar, granola, raisin; orange juice; coffee, bread etc). A lady at the check in desk was very professional (not so much the first male staff who greeted us). I looked forward to using their indoor pool but they were under renovation! Had I known.. but the bed was comfortable. TV was big. I liked that our room came with a full kitchen with a dishwasher and pots & pans.

This is such a lovely hotel! The commodity of the staff is worth everything. Its in a great area and the beds are super comfortable! The bathroom door in the rooms is a bit interesting lol, but its a lovely bathroom! I have no complaints! MY stay was amazing because of Mrs. Toni at the front desk! I have not enough words to explain how pleasant and professional she is! She made me feel like I was at home! She went above and beyond for me! She needs to get a raise, promotion or something! She was there by herself a lot and still had great customer service! OF course people were giving her attitudes, but she handled it very well! However, she represents the brand very well! IF you are in philly, this is the place to stay! And as far as parking.... I mean it's Philly, what do you expect???? I had no issues parking, and I see some are saying the parking is ridiculous, but that not the hotels fault, that's the infrastructure of the city. But it was great! Thank you Mrs. Toni!
