My regular pnc bank was closed so I went to this one to cash my check. The bank teller had me call my boss to notice someone wrong with her signature & there was no different bank teller to help me had to keep the newbie. I took 20 mins in a empty bank. I notice is 90% black tellers making me wait but the white people & older ppl was in & out fast. Not going to that bank never. Just for atm not service

Make you sign into a queue, there is no such thing. They cater to older people and White people despite you being there first. Just play the “ I didn’t know” card and you will be help ASAP….

Nick, the banker we work with, is professional, courteous, and not pushy at all. Very laid back, but knowledgeable and thorough The bank lobby itself is not the most beautiful, but it’s clean, and it has parking
